実際の色や形は画面上とは少し異なります。
同じ場所を何度も繰り返し縫う等、刺繍のパターンによっては割愛される部分があります。
作品の形態上、ほつれ等が起こりやすいパターンがございます。

The colors and shape on display will be bit varied, and if your pattern is something which sawing machine has to draw more than twice, this part(s) is potentially NOT drew aculately.

< 代金引換 (日本国内) / Door payment (for domestic shipping) >

商品をお届けした際に、商品と引き換えに配達員に現金でお支払いください。
代引手数料（315円）を別途いただいております。
※現在、お支払い方法は代金引換のみとなります。

If you are inside in Japan, you can pay at door to shipping service, when you receive your T-shirts. For this reason, 315YEN will be charged extra.
※Currently, door payment is ONLY accepted.

Paypalを利用してお支払いいただきます。
ご注文後、送料も含めた合計をメールでお知らせいたしますので、お支払いいただいた後、加工・発送いたします。

Even though you are in outside of Japan, FINALLY you can buy our T-shirts here. For international payment, we accept PayPal, then you can pay online.

< お届け日数 / Delivery >

通常１週間前後（土日祝含まず）で工場より発送いたします。
時期によって生産日数が前後することがありますが、万一お届けが遅れる場合や諸事情によりお届けできない場合は、こちらからご連絡させていただきます。あらかじめご了承ください。

We will ship out your T-shirts from factory usually after 7 business day, but this day will be varied depend on season. If shipping is delayed or canceled by some reasons, we will let you know by e-mail.
For international shipping, delivery days will be varied depend on country, we will inform you approximate delivery day and shipping cost after we get your order confirmed.

< お届け方法 / Delivery Service (for domestic shipping) >

ヤマト運輸でのお届けになります。
配達時間帯が指定できます。
（午前中 / 12時〜14時 / 14時〜16時 / 16時〜18時 / 18時〜20時 / 20時〜21時）

We will deliver your products with Yamato Transport.
You can define time of delivery.
(before noon / 12pm～2pm / 2pm～4pm / 4pm～6pm / 6pm～8pm / 8pm～9pm）

< 複数商品の発送 / More than two order >

異なるデザインのＴシャツを複数枚注文される場合、"同日のご注文" につきましては一括発送することも可能です。
ご希望の方は、ご注文の際にその旨備考欄にご記入ください。注文完了後にこちらからお送りする確認メールは、商品ごと別々に届いてしまいますが、後ほど再計算した合計金額をメールでお知らせしますので、そちらをご確認ください。
尚、備考欄にご記入のない場合は、別送となり送料・代引手数料が個別にかかります。あらかじめご了承ください。

If you are ordering more than 2 T-shirts (even though same design) at same day, we can deliver as one package.
Please leave note at ordering form, if you want to do so. Our order confirmation will be sent for each order by e-mail, but if we know multi ordering, we will send you other e-mail with all the quantity and total cost.
Please remember, if you did NOT leave any note for multi order, the shipping cost will be charged for each T-shirt.

商品の不良や発送時の破損につきましては、商品確認の後対応させていただきます。
お手数ですが、商品到着後７日以内にこちらより、受注番号をご記入の上ご連絡ください。
尚、受注生産のためデザイン図を参考にご購入いただきますが、仕上がりがイメージと違ったという理由での返品・交換はお受けできませんので、その旨ご了承の上ご注文ください。

If your T-shirts has any damage or other problems, we will confirm after you return your products.
Please return your T-shirts within 7days with order number to us.
Please remember that we are creating pattern with your design which you did on our website, but we can not accept any return if your design image is not as you expected.
Please refer T-shirts size and sawing drawing section.

注文後のキャンセル・変更につきましては、お受けいたしておりませんのでご注意ください。

We can not accept cancellation after your order placement.

< 注文確認メールが届かない・・・ / ordering problem >

１日経過しても確認メールが届かない場合は、ご注文が正常に完了していない可能性があります。
確認の為こちらよりご連絡ください。

If you don't receive confirmation e-mail from us after ordering, please contact us.

< 配送先を間違えて入力してしまった・・・ / If you informed us wrong information. >

入力ミスにより配送先などの情報の変更が必要な場合は、ご注文の翌日の午前中までにこちらより、注文時に発行された受注番号をご記入の上ご連絡ください。

Please let us know your corrected information(address etc) by next morning Japanese time with your order number.
